Option 1: 1 hr site visit and customized plant deck $250

• Includes a one hour in-person site visit to discuss the garden’s needs.

• A customized plant deck will be sent via pdf within 5 business days outlining specific plant suggestions based on site conditions and client desires. This document also includes watering and maintenance needs of all plants and where to buy them.

Option 2: Schematic design $2/ sq. ft

• Includes all from option 1 plus a schematic design.

• The schematic design is a drawing that includes planting plans with plant communities, and their general locations on based on a satelite map image of the site or survey if available. Specific to each plant cultivar, color and texture palettes, and plant size at full maturity. All selections based on expert horticultural understanding as well as aesthetic and functional requirements of the client as ascertained in consultation.

Option 3: Custom Design/Build Package

$250 for initial consultation.

Design costs based on initial consultation and installation costs based on final design. All installation done in-house. Design includes full plans for all landscape elements including the following:

• Planting Selections

• Softscape materials (e.g. mulch, gravel, flagstone)

• Fencing

• Irrigation

• Soil Retention

• Boulder Work

• Access, pedestrian flow, seating

• Pergolas/ Outdoor seating

• Edible Gardening (Veggie boxes, herb beds, Hügelkultur)

• Landscape Lighting (low voltage)

• Drainage* (at garden level , drainage to street may require a plumber)

• Container plants

• Retaining Walls* under 4ft .(over 4ft will require permitting and possible consultation from an outside engineer.)

• Timber Steps

• Horticultural/soil analysis

• Water retention

• Existing plant removals/ clean up

• Maintenance Plan
